How are orders shipped?
Our orders are managed by various carriers. Orders will be shipped within 1 business day excluding (public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, our team will provide you with confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via the relevant portal.
What are your shipping options and costs?
For purchases over 80€, PILLAR provides FREE standard shipping.
For purchases under 80€ within Germany, a flat rate delivery fee of 4€ applies for standard shipping.
For purchases under 80€ within EU as well as Switzerland, a flat rate delivery fee of 7€ applies for standard shipping.
Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days from the date we ship your order, providing there are no delays in Customs clearance. Occasionally, we do find there can be unavoidable delays in Customs of up to 1-2 weeks.
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country or the country you’re shipping to. You will be responsible for additional charges that incur for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country and PILLAR Performance recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.
