Does not work for me

According to the customer service I am one of the very rare persons where the magnesium works stimulating instead of enhancing the sleep. Tried it several times and was never able to sleep (well) after taking it.

Maltodextrin

is sugar. So where are the kcal values per 100g? Taste is good, but with enough sugar everything tastes well...

Triple Magnesium.

Best supplement I have had. Its a pity it is so expensive... If using it regularly it works out at 45 euros a month. It would be great if you could buy in Bulk for a big discount.

Replaced my melatonin

I‘ve been taking melatonin daily for a few years now and was truly not able to fall asleep without. First night without melatonin for years and sleep scores were great too in the first week.
